The difference between cotton and cotton, which is better for cotton and cotton? The composition of the two is different, the yarn for cotton silk is artificial cotton - a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber. The yarn for cotton is cotton yarn, but not necessarily 100% cotton yarn. Cotton with a cotton content greater than 75% on textile is called pure cotton.
Cotton silk, belonging to the category of artificial cotton, is obviously different from the current artificial cotton, in terms of color brightness or comfort. It is a relatively new saying about the quality of artificial cotton in the past. Synthetic cotton is a popular term for viscose staple fibers. It is a fiber obtained by peeling cotton linter which cannot be directly used on cottonseed into a pulp by a cotton stripping machine, and then spinning through a series of processes. The process is as follows: feeding 粕--impregnation--squeezing--smashing--aging--sulfonation--cooling--grinding--post-dissolving--mixing--filtration--defoaming--filtration--spinning- - Pickling - alkaline washing - cutting. It is characterized by good dyeability, high vividness and fastness, comfortable wearing, alkali resistance, moisture absorption and cotton closeness. The disadvantage is that it is not resistant to acid, has poor elasticity, and has low wet mechanical strength. It can be purely spun or blended with chemical fibers such as polyester.
